Family IPTV providers: 5 reviewed

How to choose family iptv providers

Plan the screens before you buy: count how many televisions, tablets and phones are used at the same time on a busy evening, and choose the 2 or 3 device version of the plan length you want.

Family viewing needs two things the channel list does not show: parental controls in the app (a PIN on adult groups) and enough simultaneous screens for the children's rooms.

Set up the parental PIN in the player on every device the children use, and add their channels to a separate favourites list so they never have to browse the full lineup.

Who these providers suit

• Parents who want kids channels and a PIN on adult content
• Homes with two or three TVs
• Families who watch together at the weekend
